We are currently seeking to hire for the following positions at Swell Equestrian:
Performance Based
Working Student Position
Swell Equestrian is excited to offer working student positions for six month terms.
Come work with us and bring your heart horse! You'll have access to an indoor arena, raised outdoor turnout, and an even and comfortable stall for your horse. You can make use of our heated viewing room with a fridge and wifi for paperwork or taking a break. Certified coach on site. Must be available to work weekdays, six hours per day.
Live in accommodations can be provided to the fitting candidate.

You will have the opportunity to:
- Set up a jumping shoot weekly
- Lunge horses
- Riding some horses
- Work with Nathalie Green and her mentor
- Prepare Hanovarian mare for the Mare Performance Test
- Saddle and unsaddle horses

Weekday Stable Hand
15 hours per week Monday through Friday 7:30am-11:30am or 1:30pm-4:30pm for 20 horse barn. Duties include feeding horses, turning out, mucking stalls, cleaning & filling water and feed buckets, sweeping, distributing hay and grain and updating owners of any equipment that is not working well or is broken. Experience handling horses is preferred.
Weekend Riding Instructor/Coach
